Goal: Reuse TableTrack’s existing F&B architecture with minimal changes.



0.1 Multi-Unit Support



  • Add Room entity (similar to “Table”).

  • Add Floor / Wing mapping.

  • Add Room Groups (Deluxe, Suite, Standard).



0.2 Access Control


Hotel staff roles:



  • Room Service Staff

  • Housekeeping Staff

  • Front Desk Agent

  • Hotel Manager



0.3 Room-Device Token



  • QR code in every room → guests order from their phone.

  • Room tablet → locked PWA for room service.
